Position Requirements:

• License: Utah Unarmed Security Officer License (training and licensing provided for qualified candidates). 

Responsibilities:

• Communication: Relay information effectively to clients, management, and coworkers. 
• Interpersonal Skills: Maintain a calm, polite, and professional demeanor. 
• Critical Thinking: Respond independently and appropriately to various security situations. 
• Physical Capacity: Lift objects and patrol on foot for extended periods. 

Qualifications:

• Clean criminal history.
• Professional appearance, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass State and Federal background checks.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• English proficiency (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
• On-site work required.

Event Security Staff Position

Position Requirements:

• As an Event Security Staff member, you will ensure the safety and security of attendees, staff, and performers at various events, including concerts, festivals, and motorsports. We seek individuals passionate about providing a safe and enjoyable experience for eventgoers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor attendees for prohibited items and suspicious behavior.
• Check tickets and credentials to ensure authorized access.
• Assist in emergencies, such as medical situations or evacuations.
• Collaborate with security staff and event organizers to maintain a secure environment.
• Report incidents or suspicious behavior to authorities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 17 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• On-site work required (varies by client).
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• No security license required.
• Reliable transportation needed.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• English proficiency (Spanish bilingual is a plus).
• Ability to provide a BCI State Background (18+) (Criminal History).
