Jon Wallace spent 20 years as a police officer, retiring as a Sergeant. Two decades on the force gave him a clear-eyed view of how protection actually works — what real training looks like, how threats develop, and how often security in the private sector falls short of what the situation calls for.

When he looked at the local security industry, he saw a gap. Plenty of companies offered one or two services well — maybe guards, maybe event coverage, maybe monitoring — but almost no one locally offered the full picture. Clients with layered needs were forced to assemble protection from multiple vendors, each with their own standards and their own gaps. And the companies that did try to cover everything tended to do it as a jack of all trades, master of none.
